Account Manager

Lead the delivery of job aggregation, matching, placement and employer engagement for the Wholesale Trade (WST) sector under the Jobs-Skills Integrator (JSIT-WST) programme. Accountable for achieving placement KPIs, managing ecosystem partners and ensuring audit-ready programme delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Lead WST job aggregation, profiling and placement across partners and platforms.
Engage WST employers to understand hiring needs and onboard them to JSIT-WST services.
Coordinate employment facilitation partners (e.g. e2i, HR firms, job platforms) to drive placement outcomes.
Use job matching and CRM tools (e.g. LinkedIn Recruiter) to support talent search, matching and tracking.
Deliver programme KPIs (jobs aggregated, companies engaged, outreach events, placement outcomes).
Maintain dashboards and reporting to track performance, surface insights and ensure audit-readiness.
