Account Manager

Lead the delivery of job aggregation, matching, placement and employer engagement for the Wholesale Trade (WST) sector under the Jobs-Skills Integrator (JSIT-WST) programme. Accountable for achieving placement KPIs, managing ecosystem partners and ensuring audit-ready programme delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead WST job aggregation, profiling and placement across partners and platforms.
• Engage WST employers to understand hiring needs and onboard them to JSIT-WST services.
• Coordinate employment facilitation partners (e.g. e2i, HR firms, job platforms) to drive placement outcomes.
• Use job matching and CRM tools (e.g. LinkedIn Recruiter) to support talent search, matching and tracking.
• Deliver programme KPIs (jobs aggregated, companies engaged, outreach events, placement outcomes).
• Maintain dashboards and reporting to track performance, surface insights and ensure audit-readiness.
