Job Description
Purpose
Responsible for maintaining and growing customer relationships while ensuring that their needs are met effectively. This position is focused on driving customer satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth by acting as the primary point of contact between the customer and the organisation, often with the support of more senior sales managers.
Core Responsibilities- Account Growth & Management
Actively contribute to the growth of Givaudan's business with designated lower-complexity accounts, managing revenue (top line) and cost (bottom line).
Support and contribute to the development of account strategies for assigned accounts, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and learning from collaboration with senior colleagues.
