Account Manager

At Telstra, we build a connected future for enterprise customers throughout the Asia‑Pacific region. We are seeking an experienced Senior Account Manager for our Singapore team to drive new business and nurture long‑term customer relationships.

• Drive new logo acquisition and generate new revenue opportunities
• Grow and retain existing enterprise accounts
• Build trusted relationships with senior business and technology decision‑makers
• Create and execute territory and account growth plans
• Manage opportunities through the full sales lifecycle, from prospecting to negotiation and close
• Identify customer challenges and position Telstra solutions to create value
• Partner with Solution Specialists, Pre‑Sales and Product teams to develop compelling customer outcomes
• Deliver against revenue, growth and customer satisfaction targets
