The Opportunity

We're a niche Web & SEO agency serving kitchen and bathroom remodeling contractors across the US. We're at ~$20k/month and growing. The founder currently handles sales, strategy, AND delivery. That's the bottleneck. We need an Account Manager to own client relationships and delivery coordination so the founder can focus on sales and growth - and we can scale to $50k–$100k/month together as we launch an aggressive ads campaign. This is not a support coordinator role. This is a client-facing leadership position where you build and maintain strong relationships while coordinating project delivery for a scaling agency.
