Account Manager

JOB SUMMARY

Account Manager must be comfortable in speaking to executives and clients while presenting difficult concepts in understandable ways. Will be coordinating with the team and all vendors concerned. Ensuring projects are within the given timeline, with approved quality, and within the client's budget.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Develop and maintain client relationships
• Communicate with client using layman's term in updating project status
• Minimize client revision by proper coordination of design requirements to Designers
• Creation of project with complete and detailed Project briefs
• Provides accurate and timely reports including forecasts, scheduling and project monitoring
• Ensuring projects are completed in a timely manner and to the satisfaction of each client
• Constant coordination with Project Managers & Vendors in order to get real time reports
