Required skills/experience :

• Must possess strong communication skills to ensure timely and proper client support responses, resolution tracking, and stakeholder follow-up.
• Requires a meticulous approach to ensure invoicing accuracy and proper tagging in all tracking and CRM systems.
• Must demonstrate the ability to take effective notes during external meetings and translate key points into systematic follow-up actions.
• Must have strong enough communication and the personality to be client friendly and client facing able to establish rapport, listen to questions and know when to seek clarity from the client(ex. corresponding via email, scheduling, following up on inquiries, sending proactive messages).
• Written communication skills need to be high enough. A writing/composition assessment is encouraged.
