Account Manager (Toronto)

Overview

Insight Global is seeking an Account Executive to join a growing team. This role is essential in supporting clients and ensuring they have a seamless experience with the company’s platform. The successful candidate will be a subject matter expert in both the platform itself and the rules and guidelines that govern it. This is a client-facing role with executive clients across multiple communication channels, including phone, in-platform messaging, and email. This is a fully on-site position, five days a week.

Responsibilities
