Account Officer (Cebu)

Work Location: Barangay Kamputhaw, Cebu City

Work Setup/ Schedule: Onsite | Monday – Friday | Dayshift

Responsibilities

• Acquire potential clients through affiliates, suppliers, and external networks.
• Conduct initial background and credit checks.
• Manage end-to-end service delivery, including loan release, payment monitoring, and renewals.
• Develop and implement value propositions and marketing strategies.
• Cross-sell related financial products (e.g., Asenso, Insuretayo).
• Build and maintain relationships with agencies and industry associations.
• Prepare and deliver product presentations.
• Create tracking systems to collect and analyze market data.
• Recommend and support marketing strategies and targets.
• Coordinate with Operations team for background investigations.
