RESPONSIBILITIES

I. Work Management – Marketing & Promotion

- Source prospective clients through affiliates, suppliers, and external networks.

- Conduct initial background and credit checks.

- Manage client relationships, loan processing up to release, payment monitoring, and renewals.

- Develop and implement value propositions, track client feedback and patronage.

- Cross-sell related financial products (e.g., Asenso, Insuretayo).

- Build and maintain relationships with agencies and industry partners.

- Prepare and deliver product presentations.

- Track and analyze market and competitor data.

- Recommend and support marketing strategies to achieve sales targets.

- Coordinate with Operations for formal background investigations.

- Prepare loan and legal documents for registration and tax compliance.
