Account Officer

Responsibilities
Source potential clients through affiliates, suppliers, and networks.
Conduct background and credit checks.
Manage full-service delivery: loan release, payment monitoring, and renewals.
Develop and implement marketing strategies and value propositions.
Cross-sell related financial products (e.g., Asenso, Insuretayo).
Build and maintain relationships with agencies and industry associations.
Deliver product presentations.
Track and analyze market data to inform strategies and targets.
Coordinate with Operations for background investigations.
Prepare legal and loan documents (e.g., undertakings, mortgage agreements).
Maintain client records and databases.
Prepare reports (Activity Reports, Monthly Work Programs, Work Program Accomplishments) and recommend policies to address client needs.
