Account Officer

Work Location: Barangay Kamputhaw, Cebu City
Work Setup/ Schedule: Onsite | Monday – Friday | Dayshift
Responsibilities
Acquire potential clients through affiliates, suppliers, and external networks.
Conduct initial background and credit checks.
Manage end-to-end service delivery, including loan release, payment monitoring, and renewals.
Develop and implement value propositions and marketing strategies.
Cross-sell related financial products (e.g., Asenso, Insuretayo).
Build and maintain relationships with agencies and industry associations.
Prepare and deliver product presentations.
Create tracking systems to collect and analyze market data.
Recommend and support marketing strategies and targets.
Coordinate with Operations team for background investigations.
Prepare legal and loan documents (e.g., undertakings, mortgage agreements).
Maintain and update client records and databases.
