Account Officer

Key Responsibilities


Bookkeeping & Ledgers: Maintain accurate, up-to-date daily financial records, journal entries, and the general ledger.
Accounts Payable/Receivable: Process vendor invoices, issue employee expense reimbursements, generate customer bills, and track incoming payments.
Reconciliation: Regularly reconcile bank statements, credit card accounts, and vendor accounts to resolve discrepancies .
Financial Reporting: Assist management in preparing financial statements, budgets, and tax documents.
Compliance: Ensure transactions adhere to local tax and financial regulations, and assist with internal or external audits

Essential Qualifications & Skills


Education: A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Management.
Software Proficiency: Strong familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Tally) and intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel.
