Account Officer

Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accountant to manage daily accounting operations and maintain accurate financial records. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in cash handling, bank reconciliation, and general ledger entries. Experience in factory or hospital main accounts operations will be considered a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily accounting entries in ERP/Odoo
• Handle accounts payable & receivable
• Prepare vouchers, ledgers, and bank reconciliations
• Assist in monthly & yearly closing
• Maintain financial records & reports
• Support audits and compliance

Requirements

• Bachelor's in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 2+ years hands-on experience in ERP/Odoo
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles
• Good Excel & reporting skills.
