Account Officer

Our company requires the services of a qualified Tax Accountant / Accounts Officer.

Job duties include:

• Overseeing administrative matters related to land and buildings, including corresponding with government departments, solicitors, and third-party stakeholders
• Managing income tax, sales tax, and corresponding with various govt departments including FBR, SRB, EOBI, SECP etc.
• Posting and/or reviewing daily entries to journals and ledgers
• Filing and record management
• Preparing financial statements, budgets, variance analyses, and other miscellaneous reports
• Liaising with Chartered Accounting firm for period closing, financial reporting, audit, controversy etc.

Ideal candidate will be:

• Experienced in sales tax filing and corresponding with FBR, SRB etc.
• Knowledgeable about accounting standards and principles
• Improvisational with attention to detail
• A quick learner
