Job Description

• Manage and maintain client accounts to ensure accurate record-keeping and compliance.
• Assess clients' creditworthiness and prepare loan applications for approval.
• Provide support and guidance to clients regarding financial products and services.
• Monitor loan performance and address any issues related to repayments.
• Conduct regular outreach to build and maintain relationships with clients.

Requirements

• Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience Level: 3-5 years in a microfinance or financial services role
• Skills and Competencies: Strong analytical and communication skills
