ACCOUNT OFFICER (LOANS)

Location: Ortigas

Work setup: Onsite / Monday - Friday



Responsibilities

• Source clients through affiliates, suppliers, and external networks.

• Conduct preliminary background and credit investigations.

• Manage client relationships by delivering personalized service, overseeing loan processing up to release, monitoring payments, and promoting loan renewals.

• Design and implement market value propositions; confirm and track client feedback and patronage.

• Engage in cross-selling of related financial products (e.g., Asenso, Insuretayo).

• Establish and maintain strong public relations with agencies and industry associations.

• Create and conduct product presentations.

• Develop tracking systems to gather and analyze market data.

• Recommend and help implement marketing strategies and business targets.
