Account Officer

Job Summary:

Account Officer will be responsible for introducing and offering power supply to Contestable Customers, other RES (Retail Electricity Suppliers), and Directly Connected Customers by identifying leads, educating prospects on the industry through calls, meetings, and initial presentations, and providing quality customer support to ensure smooth transactions and excellent service delivery. The role includes assisting in closing contracts under the full guidance of the Sales Supervisor, as well as performing daily sales tasks with some supervision including switch requirement preparation and various supply-related simulations. The RES Account Officer is expected to develop a strong understanding of industry principles, processes, and procedures to effectively navigate the competitive electricity market through their own initiative and the guidance of the Sales Supervisor.
