Responsibilities:

• Source clients through affiliates, suppliers, and external networks.
• Conduct preliminary background and credit investigations.
• Manage client relationships by providing personalized service, overseeing loan processing until release, monitoring payments, and promoting loan renewals.
• Design and implement market value propositions; track and confirm client feedback and patronage.
• Cross-sell related financial products (e.g., Asenso, Insuretayo).
• Build and maintain strong public relations with agencies and industry associations.
• Create and deliver product presentations.
• Develop systems to track and analyze market data.
• Recommend and assist in implementing marketing strategies and business targets.
