Account Officer

1. Financial Accounting & Reporting Maintain general ledger and ensure accuracy of all financial transactions. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in line withlocal GAAP and/or IFRS. Ensure timely month-end and year-end close processes. Reconcile intercompany transactions and balances.2. Regulatory Compliance Ensure compliance with local tax laws, corporate laws, and otherstatutory requirements. Coordinate with external auditors, tax advisors, and regulatoryauthorities. Handle audits (statutory, internal, tax) and respond to queries fromgovernment authorities.3. Taxation Prepare and file corporate income tax, VAT/GST, and withholding taxreturns. Calculate tax provisions. Ensure compliance with transfer pricing regulations.4.
