Account Payable Executive

About the Role

A MNC manufacturer is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Account Payable Executive to join their expanding team. The Account Payable Executive will be responsible for managing the company's payables, ensuring timely processing of invoices, and maintaining accurate financial records.

Key Responsibilities

• Process supplier invoices, debit notes, and credit notes
• Verify invoices against purchase orders and delivery orders
• Prepare and execute payment schedules
• Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies
• Maintain proper documentation and filing of AP records
• Assist with month-end closing activities
• Liaise with vendors and internal departments
• Support audits and financial reporting as required

Requirements

• SPM / Diploma / Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
