Account Protection Analyst

Overview

Relay is a digital banking platform that provides self-made business owners with tools and know-how to manage money with clarity, confidence, and control. Our Account Protection team is growing, and we’re seeking an Account Protection Specialist who champions the success of small businesses. This role manages compliance-related cases and bridges the CX and Risk teams. You’ll receive specialized training to handle high-risk phone and email escalations, ensuring timely, knowledgeable, and empathetic responses.
