Account Quality Management
**Cross-Functional Collaboration and Coordination**
- Work collaboratively with various teams to schedule, allocate tasks, and ensure seamless communication between departments.
- Coordinate and host **customer audits** to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Plan and execute customer-focused **training initiatives** to align internal teams with customer quality expectations.
- Act as a **Quality Continuous Improvement Coordinator**, spearheading initiatives that enhance product and process quality.
- Identify areas for improvement within quality processes and drive corrective actions to achieve operational excellence.
- Serve as the **External CAR (Corrective Action Request) and Customer Complaint Coordinator**, overseeing the resolution of customer-reported quality issues.
