Account Receivable Assistant

About the role

We are seeking for an Account Receivable Assistant to join the accounting team at Consolidated Paper Products, Inc. This full-time role in our Valenzuela City, Metro Manila office is an excellent opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented and has a strong background in accounts receivable and credit control. In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks that are essential to the smooth functioning of our finance operations.

What you'll be doing

1. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of accounts receivable
2. Process customer payments and apply credits and adjustments to customer accounts
3. Follow up on overdue payments and work with customers to resolve outstanding balances
4. Prepare and send invoices, statements and other customer communications
5. Assist with the month-end close process and generate reports for management
6. Provide support to the broader Accounting team as needed
