Account Receivable Collection Specialist

Handle billing, invoicing, cash application, collections, and dispute management

Perform outbound collections via phone, email, and portals

Reconcile accounts and resolve disputes with internal teams

Prepare aging reports, daily cash logs, and account reviews

Process refunds and credit releases

Respond to internal and external inquiries promptly.



Qualifications:

College Undergraduates are welcome to apply as long as they have at least 2 years of related/relevant experience.

Minimum 2 years voice-based collections experience (non-negotiable)

Experience in OTC / Accounts Receivable is required

Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills

No supervisory experience required

Office is located in Eastwood, Quezon City
