JOB SUMMARY:

The Accounts Receivable Executive will be responsible for overseeing and managing customer accounts receivable, ensuring timely invoicing, accurate records, and effective follow-up for payments. This role is key to maintaining healthy cash flow and fostering strong customer relationships for our, B2C, B2B and online operations.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Generate and issue invoices to term customers and online sales clients in a timely manner.
• Monitor customer accounts to ensure timely collection of outstanding receivables.
• Perform regular reconciliations of customer accounts and resolve discrepancies.
• Follow up on overdue accounts via email, phone, or other communication channels.
• Coordinate with sales and operations teams to resolve any billing issues or customer disputes.
