Account Receivable Specialist

Education & Experience

• High school diploma or GED required; associate's or bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or business preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in accounts receivable, billing, or general accounting.
• Experience with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Sage).
• Fresh Grad may apply.

Technical Skills

• Strong understanding of accounts receivable processes, invoicing, credit & collections.
• Ability to prepare and process sales invoices, credit memos, and customer statements.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel (basic formulas, spreadsheets, reconciliations).
• Knowledge of GAAP basics and standard accounting principles.
• Experience posting payments, reconciling accounts, and resolving discrepancies.
