Account Receivable Supervisor / Team Lead

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the work efforts of Accounts Receivable Analysts.
• Works with AR Analysts in updating and managing accounts receivable balances.
• Review and approve transactions or adjustments on customer accounts.
• Sign various billing and billing‑related accounting documents and reports.
• Ensure proper coordination to Sales, Credit and Collection, Supply Chain (CIC, Warehouse, Transport) for efficient and timely implementation and delivery of customer invoice and account balances.
• Review maintained customer master records in ERP and selected fields records of Non‑ERP systems.
• Review and monitor customer receivables.
• Review generated Statement of Accounts and analysis of customer records.
• Performs reconciliation of receivables with customers.
• Review of submitted impairment testing schedule of accounts receivable assigned accounts for proper provisioning of bad debts. En...
