Polystar General Services' is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Account Receivable to join our dynamic team. As an Account Receivable, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our financial records and ensuring timely payment collection. This full-time position is based in Paranaque City Metro Manila, offering a competitive salary and benefits package.

What you'll be doing

1. Manage and maintain accurate records of all accounts receivable transactions
2. Conduct regular customer outreach to follow up on outstanding payments
3. Liaise with customers to resolve billing discrepancies and payment issues
4. Prepare and send accurate invoices and statements to clients in a timely manner
5. Assist in the implementation of credit control policies and procedures
6. Collaborate with the finance team to ensure the accuracy of financial reports
7. Support the month-end and year-end closing processes
