Job Description
To uplift Division overall target as well as allocated individual target.
To drive Bancassurance/ Bancatakaful sales for SME segment under CIMB Bank's Retail Enterprise Division.
Provide training, coaching, mentoring and equip sales staff on related insurance knowledge for promoting Bancassurance/ Bancatakaful products.
Provide extra value supports to SME sales staff including joint sales with salesperson at initial stage
To standardize the procedure for support function within the division.
To provide pre & post-sales support to business partners which including marketing strategies, campaigns, follow-up & etc.
Accomplishes other ad-hoc tasks assigned by Management.
