About The Role
As an Account Services Associate, you will work directly with our stakeholders and help advance the way they pay, bank and invest. This will involve processing support for back-office tasks that help Worldpay maintain an excellent working relationship with every client.
What You'll Own
Responsible in providing optimal service to Worldpay's ecommerce merchants worldwide.
Amend and maintain configurations for active customers across Worldpay platforms and provide 1st line support to our internal stakeholders. By gaining technical expertise, you will be able to consult internal stakeholders such as the commercial and implementation teams on the amendments process.
