We are seeking a talented individual to join our Facility Commercial Team at Mercer . This role will be based in Manila, Philippines . This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

This position is a combined role in account management and broking functions within Health & Benefits Consulting. This role operates under moderate supervision, handling routine and structured tasks while supporting Analysts and Consultants throughout the marketing and renewal processes. Key responsibilities include managing reporting, preparing financial documentation, and contributing to business growth through client retention, expansion, and acquisition of new business opportunities.
