Account Staff (Philippines)

100% Remote Working/ Work from Home.

Full Time, Monday to Friday, 8.5 hours a day. 44 hours work week.

You will handle the accounts work for 3 to 5 clients, you are not expected to perform overtime (OT) beyond 44 hours work week, and we will attempt to smooth out your workload.

You may reasonably schedule your 44 working hours to factor in time for personal or family matters, etc.

This role is performance-based and result-orientated.With over 60s staff, there is room for career progression to other roles with us.

Requirement:

Independently able to close full set of accounts with reasonable accounting principles

Xero knowledge/ hand on experience are preferred. Alternatively, you need to take a 10 hours online training to be Xero Certified Advisor
