We're looking for a Client Success Consultant / Manager to manage multiple client accounts for our digital marketing agency. This is a highly client-facing role focused on communication, proactive problem-solving, and cross-team coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Primary point of contact for assigned client accounts
• Manage day-to-day client communications, calls, and recurring meetings
• Proactively address client concerns and identify opportunities for improvement
