About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Accounting Team Lead to oversee the financial operations of our U. S.-based company while working from our India office. This role is critical in ensuring accurate financial reporting, compliance with U. S. GAAP, and maintaining strong internal controls. The ideal candidate will bring both technical accounting expertise and the ability to lead day-to-day financial operations in coordination with our U. S. management team.
Key Responsibilities
· Lead the accounting function including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, payroll, reconciliations, and month-end/year-end close.
· Prepare, review, and analyse financial statements in accordance with U. S. GAAP.
