AP Accountant - Onsite/Night Shift

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Payable Specialist/Accountant to join our finance team. You will be responsible for the end-to-end processing of invoices, vendor management, and ensuring the accuracy of our financial records. This role is ideal for a tech-savvy accounting professional who excels in fast-paced environments and has a high degree of proficiency in Excel.

What You'll Do (Day-to-Day)

• Invoice Management: Efficiently process 10–15 invoices daily, ensuring accurate matching of Purchase Orders (POs) and resolving any discrepancies.
• Accounting Support: Prepare and post journal entries, manage expense tracking, and handle AP accrual reconciliations.
• System Operations: Utilize ERP and invoice processing tools to manage reimbursements and payment processing.
