Job Description

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be: General Ledger: (tasks on monthly basis)Revaluation and Mass allocation by month-end
Estimate Bonus, Vacation provision, 13th salary Accrual
Allocation prepaid expense, common expense
Manual journals (VAT, Interest, bank charge, Buying USD)
Run AP report for AP closed (Invoice on hold, Payable accounting transfer, SLA, unaccounted, AP trial balance)
Review SGA, Trial Balance, CIT calculation, Dashboard checking, GL closed
Tax obligation and local government report: (tasks on monthly basis)
Monthly Tax stream/ CIT report
Monthly VAT, PIT report review & submit
Liaise with TRICO for monthly Statistical report
Banking payment (tasks on daily basis)
Treasury Disclosure
Cash tracking
Wire payment process to vendors and employees daily basis
Payroll task (tasks on monthly basis)
Payroll & others related ...
