About the Opportunity

• Reconcile daily retail/merchandise sales to payment records and through to bank deposit
• Ensure proper posting of sales, cost of sales and transfers
• Manage mapping tables for multiple merchant IDs
• Work closely with Retail/Merchandise operations and IT to resolve integration issues
• Record all event related commissions for multiple properties
• Work closely with Retail/Merchandise operations team to ensure proper month-end inventory cut offs
• Ensure timely recording of all month-end accruals for Retail/Merchandise
• Complete monthly account reconciliations
• Assist with quarter end variance analysis
• Prepare Ad-Hoc reporting where required
• Participate in special projects and perform other related duties as requested
