Accountant

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Accountant to join our team at CLAY INDUSTRIES SDN. BERHAD' in Ayer Hitam Johor. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for managing the company's financial accounting and reporting processes, ensuring accurate and timely financial information is available to support strategic decision-making.

What you'll be doing

• To be fully responsible for monthly / annual financial & managements reports.
• To lead & manage AR & AP team.
• To manage credit control for cash flow & financial planning.
• To assist in bank related application & transactions.
• To liaise with external parties e.g. bankers/ tax agent/ auditor/ company secretary/ government / authorities.
• Year-end tax & audit preparation.
• To assist & support all accounting & financial functions in a finance division.
• Any other Ad-hoc assignment/projects as required by the management.
