Accountant

Responsibilities

• Perform bank statement postings and reconcile bank accounts and petty cash.
• Assist the chief accountant in preparing information for internal and external audits.
• Ensure the timeliness of bank payments.
• Calculate and prepare tax returns.
• Audit financial transactions and documents.
• Send reports to headquarters.
• Track payments to internal and external stakeholders.
• Process tax payments and returns.
• Track and record expenses.
• Review changes in fixed assets.
• Review and cross‑check advances to employees.
• Review and register the payroll interface.
• Close inventories.
• Review P&L.
• Run depreciation transactions.

Education and Qualifications

Holds a relevant accounting qualification (Certified Accountant).
