Position: Accountant (CA)

Working Hours: US Hours (9am-5pm EST)

Full-Time, Remote Work.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle bookkeeping, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank and credit card reconciliations
• Prepare accurate monthly management accounts and financial statements
• Perform monthly balance sheet reconciliations and resolve discrepancies timeously
• Maintain and manage QuickBooks Online, ensuring transactions are properly recorded and categorized
• Prepare and review journal entries, accruals, and adjustments
• Assist with budgeting, cash flow tracking, and financial forecasting
• Generate regular financial reports for leadership, providing clear insights and commentary where required
• Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal financial controls
