Accountant

The Role

This position sits between a traditional Bookkeeper and an Accountant. You will be responsible for full-cycle accounting, while also contributing to process improvement initiatives and system enhancements.

You’ll have high visibility within the organization and play a key role in maintaining accurate financial information to support leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle accounting including AP, AR, journal entries, and reconciliations
• Own the month-end close process and prepare financial statements (ASPE)
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records in a cloud-based system
• Prepare cash flow reporting and support weekly payables planning
• Handle inventory and cost accounting, including reconciliations and adjustments
• Ensure compliance with indirect tax filings and other regulatory requirements
