Job Description:

• Assist with data entry and basic reporting
• Answer and direct phone calls and emails
• Perform general administrative and clerical duties
• Organize and maintain files, records, and documents
• Provide comprehensive accounting services, primarily for Japan-affiliated companies in Singapore
• Advise clients on a wide range of tax and accounting matters
• Handle bookkeeping, tax filings, and annual financial closing
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as required

Job Requirements:

• Around 2 years of experience in full set of accounting in Singapore
• Proficiency in Japan language is required to liaise with Japan speaking clients
• Excellent English skill to communicate with other local advisory firms
