**PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:** **_(Include but not limited to:)_**



+ Reporting to the US Parent entity under USGAAP for entities in Singapore and China.

+ Statutory Reporting in Singapore and China, including assisting in preparation of Financial Statements and management of external audits.

+ Responsible for producing accurate financial ledgers while meeting strict US Head Office reporting deadlines.
