The Accountant Collector will be responsible for managing the entire collection cycle, from sending account statements and monitoring customer portals to ensure timely payment scheduling, to applying funds received via bank transfers. The role requires rigorous follow-up and strong communication skills to negotiate discounts, resolve deductions, and ensure that customers comply with established agreements, thereby maintaining the financial health of accounts.
