Accountant (Consolidation and Reporting) (12 Month Contract)

The Role This position will be responsible for group consolidation and management reporting for the assigned portfolio of companies. Job Responsibilities Responsible for the group consolidation and reporting functions, in accordance with the statutory requirements as well as company policies and procedures. In charge of timely and accurate preparation and analysis of the group financial reports, and liaising with the external auditors for quarterly and year-end closing. Assist in annual audit process and preparation of annual reports/financial statements, and tax filing matters as well as any ad-hoc assignments as and when required. Other duties include assist in system implemention and report creation, quaterly result announcement, etc. Liaise with the overseas finance team for the submission, analysis of financials/reports for the group.
