Job Description

  JOB SCOPE 
 Provide support throughout project life cycle; inception of project, funding, cashflow to reporting Prepare project funding/requestAssist with preparing management presentations/reportsAccounting for work-in-progress (WIP) and other project overheadsPrepare journal entries and monthly balance sheet reconciliationsEnsure timely preparation of monthly financial and management reportsPerform analysis of departmental P&L and annual budgetsPrepare cashflow for monthly submissionPerform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned 
  JOB REQUIREMENTS 
 Degree in Accountancy/ACCA from a reputable educational institution
  At least 5 years of working experience preferably with a developer or in construction /manufacturing 
 Able to work in a dynamic environment and meet tight deadlines
 Strong MS Office Skills (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
 Meticulous, analytical and problem solver
