Job Description
• Able to calculate the cost of construction of tendering projects (pre-contract) based on the drawings and documents
• Attend tender interviews and assist the management in tender presentation
• To invite sub-contractors of various traders to submit quotations for the projects & evaluate the quotations accordingly to the necessary award
• Knowledge in claims preparation and final claims to the architects/ client’s progress and final payments
• Familiar with market rates
• Knowledge in evaluating and recommending regularly sub-contractors interim and final claims
• Administer and coordinate site orders of materials, machinery, and any other supplies
• Able to prepare progress reports which include progress charts & photographs, daily report and weather charts for submission in the site meeting
• Possess high integrity, strong negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Knowledge of AutoCAD software and MS Office
