DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Collecting and analyzing data about a company's operational costs and maintain a cost/expenses database
Setting standard costs of repacked goods
Developing and analyzing costs standards
Carrying out cost-volume-profit (CVP) analysis for old and new products to be introduced
Establishing costs of business processes such as administration, labor, shipping etc.
Performing account reconciliations
Preparing audit reports and presenting their findings to the management related to inefficiencies
Recommending changes to the company's processes and policies to reduce cost and maximize profit
Determine fixed costs
Plan and record variable costs (e.g purchases of raw material and operation costs)
Review standard and actual costs for inaccuracies
