• Handle the day-to-day operational accounting functions
• Prepare / process the following: Book of Accounts, Monthly Financial Statement, Journals, Month End report and Balance Sheet
• Substantiate financial transactions by auditing documents
• Reconcile financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information
• Assist business with regulatory reporting requirements
• Maintain financial security by following internal controls
• Prepare payments by verifying documentation, and requesting disbursements
• Prepare internal regular Financial reports to management detailing overall financial
